Taking a close look at the Dianese short cuff street gloves, and are they worth the price of $300?

MotoRidin Vlog Episode 1: So It Begins
Переглядів 937 місяців тому
The very first episode of the MotoRidin Vlog! Basically this is just an intro episode for a longer series of what it's like riding day to day, tips, tricks, and everything motorcycle. In this episode I cover what it's like riding on back roads in Sonoma County, California, finding the "flow" while riding, and the ramblings of a man on a FZ09. I'm trying to get back into the swing of creating co...

The CBR F4i is an older motorcycle worthy of taking a second glance at. Here is a long-term review of a stealthy modern classic.
Ride Through Green Hills
Переглядів 8097 років тому
Ride through Northern California on a cold slightly damp day. No music, lots of wind noise, and minor edits. My version of a "raw" motorcycle ride. Recorded at 1440p at 48fps in 4:3 aspect ratio as a test.
Super Grom Race!

A parking lot race between two of the fiercest Groms' on the planet. 125cc Parking Lot = Mario Kart like fun.
Im on my second first was a 99 carburettor version. Think i prefer the fuel injected its so smooth and the power is there when you need it. Props to honda they do make amazing bikes. My old one had nearly 60000 miles on her and unfortunately second gear gave out was cheaper to sell than replace
Just got a 2000 model
I had this year and color combo. Beautiful bike, so much fun, and the helmet lock on the back is a no-brainer that should be on every bike! The metal tank seems to be a rarity now, but made it super easy to use a magnetic tank bag. I've had a few bikes since this one, all better on paper, but I do miss this bike.
I legitimatly dont know why you dont have milions of subs!
Great to hear you again, after a while ❤
Appreciate you taking the time to listen ☺️
Didn't know Statham had a dodgy Australian accent. Mind you, every accent he tries sounds dodgy.
Manual CCTV great if you want to stretch out the camchain - better to get a new OEM occasionally
You can turn abs off this model. There is a hidden button on the screen. Look it up in your manuel
This review is one of the best I've seen on a motorcycle glove.
95 f3! Traded it for my bmw on the 4th of July. All it took was one ride on my girls ninja 400 for m to get a rocket. Also have a 95 Honda shadow vlx vt600cd.. but yeah, the car needed like 3k in work. Apparently the first owner “dropped the bike”, on both sides!!! Smh. The damage is actually not hat bad of the left side. Right side is ehhh. But the bike would stall when put into gear and had a loud ticking from the right side of the motor. It was a super easy fix. Side stand switch wasn’t even plugged into its other half and so that
I've got the Full Metal 6s (essentially the full cuff version of these, with a few tweaks) and I've gotten a disappointingly high amount of the graphics peeling. Not the end of the world ofc but disappointing in a such a pricey glove. I hope these don't do the same. Regarding the pinky, Dainese does have that DCP thing that's supposed to keep the pinky from over-rotating. I do think a full bridge would be better tho. Awesome video...clean edits and clear voiceover. Thanks!
I appreciate that insight! I'll report back after this season of riding and see how the gloves hold up.
Hypnotic.
ok ik this video is hella old I hope I get a response. but I hate that my clutch cable is blocking my speedometer. I can reroute that right?
I never found a way without worrying about getting the cable too tight when I turned the bars. You could try a loose zip tie around the fork tube. Good luck!

found this video trying to decid6if i should buy one of these used with 33kmiles on it for 3600
I will support you😇😇
I know exactly where that is, 101 north near Mill valley/ Tiburon
That's exactly right! So you know what the traffic life is like there 🤣
Zero times has lane splitting ever bothered me
I say more people need to ride motorcycles. That and better mass transit. Then we don't have to read comments from ret*rds saying things like ThIs iS iLleGal! And the oh so enjoyable f*ck face "Id oPeN mY dOoR".
White lining is legal in some states
Not one person could fix this video and open a door?
It’s legal ca
Imagine being triggered by someone legally helping to reduce traffic congestion.
@@monsieurvalentine I forget some states that’s allowed. In Mass it ain’t. But please save the “one motorcycle helping traffic” angle please.
Yes!
thats adorable lol i love how you were analyzing him at first
Thank you
This is such an awesome bike and loads of fun! get an after market exhaust on and it'll make you smile.. I promise!
Hey guys can you advice on consumption of F4i, specially compared to a maintained carbureted F4 ?
This was my first bike brand new in 01, i still miss her 😢
My first bike and i would say it is a damn near perfect bike to ride.
An outstanding video! I have a 95 f3! Side stand switch wasn’t even plugged into its other half and so that fixed the stalling🤷🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️ and then I ordered the APE adjustable cam chain tensioner and boom 🤯 this thing is an absolutely beast! Pulls strong, decent amount of torque for sure. My speedometer reads 15 mph off though. Idk why? Maybe sprockets had been swapped? One day I swear it read 165 170 but it’s just impossible to look at your speed on the F3. Dash lights aren’t that strong and the numbers are to small imo. Still a great bike
I have a 96 f3 and love it
What a lovely review
This Video is 5 years old I've had my 2002 for 6-7? years now and still love it. And I can confirm that people will still approach you and let you know your high beam is out! I lol'ed at that, daily occurrence for me.
I have a 2000 CBR 600 F4 and I love it. So much fast, So much fun 😍
Haven't been able to find a bike that's out there now that has the combination of performance, adjustability, sport styling, and comfort (well, unless I'm up for spending 13K for an Aprilia, etc.) that has that combo the way the F4i I sold 4 years ago has. So I just bought another one. Luckily found one that was a garage queen and in pristine conditions. Lots of fun riding ahead. Oh, and don't forget the F4i electronics: high beam!
I just got the F4 I end. My only problem is the shifyer touches the chain while I drive is there any fix for that?
I still have mine from brand new. Replacement/maintenance parts of course
Cool video!! I got a 02 CBR600F4i and bought it brand new in 02 and still ride it to this day . Its been the best bike I have own to this day.
The split seat vs what you call the "banana" seat is not due to the year of the bike. They were available at the same time. The model you have with the split seat is actually a slightly different model called the F4i FS, which also features stronger valve springs.
worsdt bike i ever owned
I need some parts! let me know if you have anything you can sell me!
In europe the bike have 110 hp? can someone explain why?
Im buying this bike tomorrow
What year is this review based on?
Haha, I just got one as a stunt bike. Full cage subframe bla bla bla this is going to be fun.
日本語翻訳ありがとう😊 F4iを買おうか迷ってます☝️
This dude made some of the best moto reviews on YT then he vanished
Should have some new content soon!
Do all of these take a center stand? What other sport bikes have them?
How is this bike compared to a FZ6 or GSR 600?
F4i problebly is the fastest of the 600f or 650f sereis The newest 650r is like 10kg more and over 10whp less then f4i But making intant low end torque
More intrusive pseudo "music" distracts and detracts from a well-scripted video. In the words of Paul Bertorelli from the AV Web channel: "Good Audio Makes Good Video." This Audio is ruined by the autism-inducing background sound of ....🤣
A couple years ago, i bought a super clean F4i for $2k. So cheap, super fun, great commuter, saves me gas money, keeps up nicely with my racer buddies. What's not to like?
